Everything Pet Gift Co sells ships from Los Angeles, CA to addresses in the United States. This page states the cost, the timing and what happens when something goes wrong in transit.

Rates

Timing

• Order placedYou get a confirmation email immediately. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder before contacting us.
• Handling — 1-2 business daysWe pick and pack from the same shelf as the storefront. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday begin handling on the next business day.
• In transit — 3-7 business daysStandard delivery across the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take longer.
• DeliveredTracking is emailed when the parcel is collected by the carrier, and shows on Track Your Order.

Where we ship

United States addresses only, including PO boxes where the carrier accepts them. We do not ship internationally at present, and no checkout option offers it — if you need delivery outside the US, email [email protected] before ordering rather than after.

Delays, damage and missing parcels

1. Wait one business day past the windowCarriers mark parcels delivered slightly early more often than they lose them. Check with anyone else at the address first.
2. Email us with the order numberSend it to [email protected]. We open a trace with the carrier the same business day.
3. Damaged on arrivalPhotograph the packaging and the item before discarding either. Damaged goods are replaced or refunded and you never pay return postage on our error.
4. Wrong itemWe send the correct item and cover the return of the wrong one.

Addresses

We ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as entered. A parcel already collected by the carrier cannot be redirected by us; contact the carrier with the tracking number. If an order has not yet been handed over, email [email protected] and we will correct the label if we can.
